Manager/Head of Facilities: Clint Campbell

Clint Campbell joins Paul Louis Arena for his third year as facility manager. Clint brings a lot of hockey experience to the arena, being an all American and an Assistant Captain for the Monroe Community College Tribunes, as well as a letter winner for The College at Brockport State Golden Eagles where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Education with a concentration in Sport Management. Clint also brings experience from working game day operations with both the Rochester Americans and Rochester Knighthawks. Clint formerly managed the Greater Canandaigua Civic Center gaining a wealth of knowledge from operations to business models and advertising. Clint recently completed his Certified Ice Technician program through STAR, which is recognized by many professional organizations including the National Hockey League.  

 
Director of Programs: Dave Maksymiu

Dave has spent a lifetime developing his craft. Here in Rochester, Dave has been coaching, teaching and doing skill and skating development for 25 years. Personally he has taught more than 40,000 private lessons and has worked with hundreds of thousands of hockey players of all ages.

Dave is a USA Hockey Level 5 Master certified coach. He is a USA Hockey Select Festival Head Coach and Goaltending Coach. Also, he has had the opportunity to be a speaker at several USA Hockey Coaching Certification seminars from Level 1 to Level 4. In his 25 years in Rochester, Dave has coached well over 40 teams from Mite to Junior A and college. Throughout his playing and coaching life, Dave has won 6 State Championships and 3 National Championships. Dave played youth hockey in Michigan culminating with a National Championship with the Little Caesats hockey program as a midget. He went on to play D1, D3, and 2 seasons of professional hockey in the minor pro leagues.

 
 
Head Professional of PLA's Learn to Skate: Sheri Lynn Carr

Sheri is a native of Rochester, she has been coaching in the Rochester area for 25 years. She is a USFSA Double Gold Medallist. She has competed in National Collegiate and regional competition, as well as have won Gold, and Silver in the Empire State Games. She has coached many gold level skaters, as well as regional and national competitors (freestyle, collegiate, adult and showcase). Currently she coaching freestyle, Moves in the Field, choreography, power skating and basic skills. She has also skated in and choreographed numerous ice show and has  had several of her skaters go on to skate in "Disney on Ice".
